1. Introduction

NovaDerm Group B.V. attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we collect via novadermgroup.nl, why we do so and what your rights are. We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Which data we collect and why

3.1 Contact form and partner requests

When you complete a contact form or submit a request to become a partner, we process the following data:

  • Name and company name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Your message or request

Purpose: to answer your question or to assess your partner request. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of an agreement.

3.2 Closed partner environment

For users who have access to the closed ordering environment, we process additional company data such as Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and payment details. For processing in that context, we refer to the separate data processing agreement or the specific information provided at login.

3.3 Website visits (technical data)

Each visit to our website automatically records technical data:

  • IP address (anonymised)
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time

Purpose: improving the website and safeguarding technical security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep your data

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Contact requests: up to 12 months after handling, unless a business relationship arises
  • Partner data: the duration of the collaboration plus seven years due to the statutory tax retention obligation
  • Technical log data: up to 6 months

5. Sharing data with third parties

We only provide your personal data to third parties when this is necessary for our services or when we are legally obliged to do so. We never sell your data to third parties.

Categories of recipients:

  • Hosting provider (for technical storage and security of the website)
  • Logistics partners (exclusively for partner orders)
  • Accounting service providers (for invoicing and tax obligations)

We conclude a data processing agreement with all processors that process personal data on our behalf.

6. Security

NovaDerm Group B.V. takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access or unlawful processing. The closed environment of the platform is accessible only via secure login credentials.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • The right to access the data we process about you
  • The right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete data
  • The right to erasure of your data ('right to be forgotten')
  • The right to restriction of processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest

If you believe that we are not processing your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be amended. The most current version is always available at novadermgroup.nl/en/privacy. In the event of significant changes, we actively inform existing partners.
